Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and has access to personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-managed weight loss, and for those facing persistent weight-related challenges, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
