Dining with Diabetes is dedicated to empowering individuals with diabetes, along with their families and caregivers, by providing essential education and resources for effective diabetes management. Our program offers comprehensive diabetes education through a series of accessible classes, both in-person in Belle, WV, and online, ensuring that support is available to everyone regardless of their circumstances. Participants can learn valuable skills and strategies during four engaging sessions, culminating in a helpful 'Class Reunion' to reinforce connections and share experiences. Enrollment is free, and we encourage those interested to reach out to their local county Extension office for detailed information on class schedules and virtual opportunities, as we foster a caring community committed to healthier lives.
