Social Services is dedicated to providing essential assistance to low-income residents in Belle, WV, and the surrounding areas of Kanawha and Putnam Counties. Our mission focuses on addressing the urgent needs of our community through a variety of services, including utility and rent assistance, clothing vouchers, and essential items for employment such as nonskid shoes and steel toe boots. We also provide vital support for families with diapers and baby needs, as well as operating a food pantry to ensure everyone has access to emergency food. We are here to empower individuals and families, helping them navigate challenging times with care and practical support.
