Energy Express is dedicated to supporting children in Berkeley Springs, WV, through a unique summer reading and nutrition program designed for rural and low-income communities. Over the course of six weeks, we emphasize the importance of literacy by engaging children in creative and interactive activities that inspire a love for reading through art, drama, and vocabulary building. In addition to enriching their reading skills, participants enjoy two nutritious meals each day, ensuring their health and well-being during the summer months.
