MOVE! Weight Management Program in Bluefield, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to comprehensive weight management services tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
