Located in Buckhannon, WV, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing much-needed food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We strive to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals by supplying essential resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified meals, therapy tools, oral care products, and adaptive equipment.
