To ensure accessibility, we accept Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured or under-insured families; eligibility is determined through a straightforward Sliding Fee Application process based on family size and income. You can complete the application online or at any of our locations, and once approved, you will receive a Sliding Fee card for scheduling appointments.
