MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Chapmanville, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. We provide a variety of resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight-related issues.
