Our classes, available both in convenient local venues in Charles Town, WV and online, ensure accessibility for all participants. We provide essential resources and support to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to live healthy lives. Enrollment is free, and we encourage commitment to all four sessions plus a rewarding 'Class Reunion' to reinforce community and learning.
