MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Culloden, WV, through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring that all individuals receive tailored referrals to effective weight management services that align with their personal needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home guidance. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-directed experience. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have struggled despite participating in our program.
