Based in Elkview, WV, EnAct Community Action is dedicated to providing essential emergency assistance to low-income, disabled, and elderly individuals and families. Through the Community Services Block Grant, we offer vital support services such as utility assistance to prevent cutoffs in critical situations, financial aid for urgent needs, and food assistance through our local food pantry. When resources allow, we also provide clothing and baby items like diapers and formula.
