Cancer Transitions is a supportive program located in Fairmont, WV, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. We understand the unique challenges faced during the transition to survivorship, and our evidence-based services cater to those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, while still welcoming those who are further along in their journey. Participants benefit from personalized nutritional support, customized exercise programs, and vital education focused on emotional health and medical management.
