This free program, available in both English and Spanish, equips participants with six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs post-diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, local resources, and community event information. Enrollees who share their phone numbers gain access to the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, allowing them to pose questions directly to ADA experts, join discussions online or by phone, explore the connections between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways designed to empower their diabetes management.
