Community Care of West Virginia (CCWV) proudly offers comprehensive pediatric care for children from birth through age 18 in Fairmont, WV. Our dedicated medical team adopts a family-centered approach to enhance the health and well-being of your child, addressing a wide array of healthcare needs. We provide essential services including vaccinations, management of chronic illnesses such as asthma and diabetes, treatment for childhood infections, injury care, and evaluation for Attention Deficit Disorder. Additionally, we offer nutrition counseling, school and sports physicals, as well as vision and hearing screenings. For added accessibility, CCWV accepts Medicaid and features a sliding fee scale program designed for uninsured or under-insured families. To qualify for this supportive program, families can complete a Sliding Fee Application, providing proof of income, which can be downloaded online or collected at our locations. Once approved, families will receive a Sliding Fee card to facilitate scheduling pediatric appointments at any of our health centers.
