MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fairmont, WV, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission emphasizes the importance of personalized care, as we strive to annually screen each Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options. We offer a range of services designed to fit the unique needs and preferences of our participants, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we cater to Veterans facing continuing challenges with weight by providing access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
