The Healthy Grandfamilies Program, located in Falling Waters, WV, is dedicated to supporting grandparents who are raising their grandchildren by offering essential resources and information in a nurturing environment. Our free initiative includes engaging discussion sessions aimed at equipping grandfamilies with the knowledge they need, along with childcare and refreshments for convenience. Participants will complete the program with a certificate and enjoy three months of follow-up services, including assistance in locating community resources, confidential help tailored to their family’s unique situation, and advocacy support as needed.
