Energy Express is dedicated to empowering children in Fayetteville, WV, and surrounding rural and low-income communities through an engaging 6-week summer reading and nutrition program. Our mission is to support children in maintaining their reading skills over the summer while also providing essential nutrition. Participants enjoy creative activities that incorporate art, drama, and vocabulary to make learning fun and captivating, while receiving two nutritious meals each day.
