The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Fayetteville, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with a range of effective weight management options tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer diverse services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for supportive in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently.
