Energy Express is dedicated to enriching the lives of children in Fort Gay, West Virginia, by offering a vibrant 6-week summer reading and nutrition program tailored for kids in rural and low-income communities. Our mission is to prevent summer learning loss through engaging activities that incorporate art, drama, and vocabulary development, ensuring that children not only maintain their reading skills but also discover the joy of learning. In addition to nurturing their minds, we provide two nutritious meals every day, promoting both health and well-being. We invite families to explore our program and discover how we can support their children this summer.
