The LiveWell Diabetes Management Program in Gerrardstown, WV is dedicated to empowering individuals living with diabetes to improve their health and overall quality of life. Our comprehensive program offers essential tools and knowledge for effective diabetes management, including healthy eating, physical activity, blood sugar monitoring, and medication management. Participants enjoy a supportive environment with group education, exercise plans, engaging guest speakers, grocery store visits, and hands-on menu planning and meal tastings. We meet twice monthly on the 2nd Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM and the 3rd Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, welcoming anyone interested without the need for prior registration.
