Located in Harpers Ferry, WV, Cancer Transitions is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. Our evidence-based program is designed for individuals who have finished their cancer treatment within the last 24 months, although anyone in their survivorship journey can find value in our resources. We focus on holistic healing by offering nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management. Our mission is to provide compassionate and practical assistance to help survivors navigate their path to recovery and thrive beyond cancer.
