Located in Harpers Ferry, WV, Day Habilitation offers a structured day care program dedicated to helping individuals develop and maintain vital life skills. Our tailored activities are designed to fit seamlessly into daily routines, ensuring practical and meaningful learning experiences. We provide essential services including adult daycare, daily life skills instruction, and guidance in navigating community resources. Participants also benefit from nutrition education, social skills training, mobility instruction, speech therapy, and financial literacy. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of understanding citizenship and rights, as well as self-medication management, all aimed at fostering independence and empowerment within the community. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our program is currently on hold, but we look forward to resuming our mission of support and skill development soon.
