MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hedgesville, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively address obesity by providing annual screenings for every Veteran at VA facilities, along with personalized referrals to weight management services tailored to each individual’s needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans requiring additional support, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
