The LiveWell Diabetes Management Program in Inwood, WV, is dedicated to empowering individuals in their journey to manage diabetes and related conditions effectively. Our program offers essential tools and knowledge to foster healthier lifestyles through group education, exercise plans, and a supportive community atmosphere. Participants can expect engaging discussions with guest speakers, hands-on grocery store visits, and creative menu planning and meal tastings aimed at improving health and overall quality of life. Classes are held twice monthly on the 2nd Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM and the 3rd Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, with no registration required—everyone is welcome to drop in, regardless of whether they are a patient of our health center or not.
