The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Kingwood, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them to personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, telehealth support with TeleMOVE!, and access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans who face ongoing challenges with weight loss, we also provide options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
