Located in Mount Hope, West Virginia, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance and resources. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to a variety of specialized items, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
