Healthy Grandfamilies Program, based in New Cumberland, WV, is dedicated to supporting grandparents who are raising grandchildren by offering essential resources and information through a warm and welcoming environment. Our free initiative includes informative discussion sessions where attendees can engage, receive complimentary childcare, and enjoy refreshments, all designed to empower families. At the end of the program, participants earn a certificate of completion and gain access to three months of follow-up services, including personalized assistance in finding community resources, understanding unique family needs, and advocacy support.
