Located in Ona, WV, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and resources tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to vital food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment so they can experience safer and more enjoyable eating and drinking.
