Our Family Support team is committed to offering reliable information and comprehensive resources right from the moment of diagnosis. We assist families with a variety of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we offer guidance through the complexities of Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
