After their training, Fellows transition into a Community Action Year, applying their skills alongside local non-profit organizations to enhance access to healthy foods and support initiatives like farmers markets and community food coalitions. Applications are accepted until March each year for a program that runs from May to October, ensuring accessibility and impact in the community.
