Located in Ripley, WV, the Family Nutrition Program is dedicated to empowering limited-resource families, youth, and adults to improve their health through a variety of nutrition, food, and physical activity initiatives. By addressing the risk factors associated with obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and hypertension, we offer valuable nutrition education that promotes healthy lifestyle changes. Our services include teaching the USDA’s MyPlate and Dietary Guidelines, hosting food demonstrations, and enhancing access to local community resources.
