Located in Ripley, WV, the Council’s Head Start program is dedicated to uplifting children and their families by providing essential early education, health services, and family support tailored for those at or below the federal poverty guidelines. Our program welcomes children aged three to four, ensuring they receive quality early learning experiences alongside comprehensive health and developmental screenings.
