Our mission is to equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, delay, and manage cardiovascular and chronic diseases through tailored lifestyle changes. Our program includes vital health screenings for height, weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose, along with personalized follow-up consultations to address any health concerns.
