Located in Saint Albans, WV, the Family Nutrition Program is dedicated to empowering limited resource families, youth, and adults to enhance their overall health through targeted nutrition and physical activity initiatives. We focus on tackling risk factors related to obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and hypertension by offering valuable nutrition education aligned with USDA's MyPlate and Dietary Guidelines.
