MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Saint Albans, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and connect them with personalized weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer guidance from home. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-managed weight loss, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related issues.
