We address a wide range of healthcare needs, including vaccinations, treatment for childhood infections, management of chronic illnesses like asthma and diabetes, and evaluation of conditions such as Attention Deficit Disorder. Our services also include nutrition counseling, school and sports physicals, and vision and hearing screenings, all with the support of 24-hour on-call physician coverage. We accept Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured or under-insured families, ensuring access to essential healthcare based on income and family size. To qualify for the sliding fee scale, please complete our Sliding Fee Application and submit it along with proof of income at any of our locations. Once approved, you will receive a Sliding Fee card, allowing you to schedule appointments with our pediatric specialists easily.
