MOVE! Weight Management Program in Terra Alta, WV, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through other methods.
