The Meal Support Program, based in Terra Alta, WV, offers essential meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times daily, with two options for lunch and two for dinner, allowing flexibility to fit individual schedules. Once registered, individuals are welcome to join as many sessions as they need. We are dedicated to providing a safe space that promotes healing through nourishment and connection, though it's important to note that we are not a crisis support service.
