This comprehensive, free program is designed to guide participants through a gradual learning process over the course of 12 months, providing key resources in both English and Spanish. Each participant receives six informative e-booklets tailored to their current stage, along with a monthly e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone number are granted access to the monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can engage directly with ADA experts, explore the relationship between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways aimed at enhancing their diabetes management journey.
