Our experienced medical personnel address a wide range of healthcare needs, including vaccinations, childhood infections, chronic illnesses like asthma and diabetes, and treatment for attention deficit disorders. We also offer essential services such as nutrition counseling, school and sports physicals, and vision and hearing screenings. To ensure accessibility, CCWV accepts Medicaid and provides a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured or under-insured, making it easier for families to receive the care they need. To qualify for the sliding fee scale, families can complete an application and provide proof of income, with assistance available at our locations.
