How to join a Sharing Circle Session?

Here is the current schedule for the Sharing Circle Sessions

• Adults: It happens every hour, every day. The session period follows Eastern Time.
• Teens: It has Mega Sharing Circle Hours starting at 3.00 AM -6.00 AM ET, 9.00 AM - 12.00 PM ET, 1.00 PM -4.00 PM ET, and 10.00 PM- 1.00 AM ET. ET stands for Eastern Time Zone. 

Go to Group Support Chatroom Homepage: https://www.7cups.com/connect/groupChatrooms.php and click on Sharing Circle Room to join the session. 

Some tips to consider:

• When you enter the room, take a minute to notice if anyone sharing or queuing is open to share. 
• If anyone shares, please wait and let them complete their share. 
• If queue is open to join, please type * to join the queue to share. 
• If you are unable to figure it out, please ask, “if the queue is open to join or anyone sharing?” The host of the session will let you know.
