This growth path is meant for a Smile Spreader who wants to become a Star Leader in the peer appreciation team. To officially become a star leader, get connected to one of the existing star leaders of the team, so that they guide you through these steps. If you do well with these steps for 1 month trial period, you would be announced as a new star leader of the team. YAY!
