I cough after eating and sometimes i end up vomiting everything , can arfid or anorexia cause this?

I'm not an expert on this by any means, but it sounds like you're having some sort of reflux reaction after eating. As far as I know, the only way that reflux can be caused by an eating disorder or restrictive dieting is by overeating or by eating an amount that you're not quite used to during recovery. Otherwise, I'd say that those symptoms are unrelated to the ED. Definitely talk to your doctor to get a professional answer and perhaps some advice!
