TW: Verbal Abuse. Being shouted at is an extremely stressful situation to be in, it could be because of trauma, fear or just downright upset, to be crying when you get yelled at. I think it is very much an individual experience and typically it is not for no reason, but instead something underlying and triggering. This does not seem like much help I know, but it may be worth looking into and searching within, to look at your past experiences and look for a cause. For me personally, this happens to me due to repeated verbal abuse which causes me to associate any yelling with bad yelling. Hope this helps :)
