Usually people don't allow themselves to become happy because of things that they are dealing with in their life. There is never such a thing as not being able to become happy, because everyone can feel happy. Maybe go listen to some music? Volunteer at an animal shelter? Take dance classes? There are many things that can get you into the mood of becoming happy.

You're in a very low emotional state. Everything else follows from that. And because a person in a very low emotional state habitually generates negative thoughts, and negative experiences follow from negative thoughts, you keep generating the same kind of negative experiences.
It keeps your energy at a very low state, and that energy is the difference between being effective in action and not being effective.
I'm sorry for assuming. I used to be a lot like this myself. Especially in my younger days. My negative thoughts kept me from enjoying things in my everyday life and they still do sometimes. want you to remember that happiness is the state of mind, not the state of your heart. It’s how you want to think of it as and not always what your heart wants because if you go with your heart, your heart may destroy you as a whole. Your mind is a realist and your heart is an idealist, have you noticed that? That’s why they’re always contradicting each other or they’re always in a debate. Your heart tells you one thing, but your mind tells you another. My point being is that anyone is capable of being happy. It’s just all up to how they decid what theiir happiness is. They can say there’s no such thing as happiness, but truly, there is.

Happiness starts from within. Think about the person you are and the person you want to be in life, why are you here? what have you always wanted to be? what dream have you always had? concentrate on these things, believe in yourself, be confident in yourself that you can do what ever you want in this life. Remember it's YOUR life, no body else's, live it how you want to live it and hopefully, you will see the world in a different light.

It may not be this but sometimes when you live in darkness or you don't spend much time in sunlight your amygdala stops releasing melotonyn. It might be that, so when you start going out there into the sun and living a little your life, you might feel better.

You can! If you tell yourself, and convince yourself that you can be. Then you will be. You control what you feel, so control it- feel happiness.

Happy is experienced by different people, in different ways, for different reasons. Something that makes someone else feel happy isn't guaranteed to make you feel happy! It can be difficult to know what makes YOU happy. Start small. What makes you feel better? What are you doing or what is happening when you feel better? Try not to judge yourself by others' standards of what happy is.

happiness is something most of us strive for everyday. I find myself happier when I am around more positive things than negative ones. If life throws a curve ball and I an affected by situations that bring me down than I try and counter balance it with another happy moment.

There might be many reasons we struggle to feel happy. It would be good to speak with a counselor and let them know your concerns. It could also help to keep a journal, draw, or meditate. These can all help organize your thoughts.

Happiness is something that the person who is unhappy is responsible for. We have to take things into account that make us happy. We have to create goals for ourselves and complete them. We create happiness through making others happy and being around happy people. And we create happiness from making ourselves feel like we are constantly moving forward and gradually moving upwards in our own lives. Whatever you can do to create that for yourself, personal goals, professional goals, etc, set them and do them.

There is always a reason why you think you are unhappy. You must face your problems, accept and move forward on your life in order to be happy. Be strong, all of us are experiencing pain, it is only just up to us how we can handle it and to cope with our lives. 😊 Be glad to all the simple blessings that you have gained or achieved. And always remember that everything that is happening in your life has a reason. And there is always a reason to smile and be happy. So live your life to the fullest. 😊🤗

I have been there, I know this feeling all too well. Honestly, it took my friends intervening in my destructiveness and kick me in the butt. They sat me down and told me what a beautiful person I am inside and out and that they understand all that I had been through they wanted me to know this wasn't my fault. You see my dad had passed away when I was very young and he was my rock, so to lose him I ended up losing me at the same time. After my friends had this intervention with me I began to practice positive affirmations and eventually learned to love myself. It took awhile but once I realized I truly loved myself was when I realized I could be happy too. Hope this helped.
