Sometimes, when you lose yourself over something.. You find it hard to connect your soul to anything good. Ergo, you find it difficult to just be happy despite having all the good things in life going for you. You feel detached and lost.. And that's when you're not able to appreciate what life has to offer you.

Sometimes the number of good things in our life is not enough to make us feel good. It is how each thing affects us that matters.

I think I feel this way even when I have so many good things in my life because i'm lonely and feel out of place.

Simple. You're a human. You're no superman or wonder woman. You get sad and you get hurt. Don't let the bad things spoil the good stuff but don't let the good things make you think you're not allowed to feel down.

It may be the fact you have so many good things going on in your life you can't focus on one thing at a time and it's upsetting.

You could possibly feel that something bad is going to happen. I have felt this way before. Everything was going great but I still was not happy. Either I felt that something bad was going to happen or that something was missing from my life.

You feel this way because you feel like nothing can be good for long because something bad might happen that you can't stop

Because you look at the empty side of the cup, you are not satisfied. It's an internal feeling which you can control, so tell your brain to focus on the postive things you got and stop upseting you. Think of the people who have bad lives, maybe that will help you to feel glad of what you have.

It's not clear what you mean by "feeling this way", but I'll assume it's a negative feeling, possibly depression or maybe just a low mood. Having good things in your life doesn't exclude you from feeling down or unhappy sometimes. Perhaps there is something missing from your life: good friends, a meaningful purpose, self-esteem. Or perhaps you need to just take a moment every now and then to just enjoy what you have. I wish you all the best, friend.

I FEEL THIS. And I don't really know how to get over it. All I know is that I was less thankful, less caring to others.

Little factors can add up over time. Sometimes we feel down and it seems like we have no reason to be! And that's okay; everyone has some off days. If you've squired depression and you aren't sure why, try asking yourself. Look for the problems you never saw before. Even with good things in life, it can get rough.

sometimes we just not see them, we have to appreciate them, but we might only learn it, after we have a dark time.

This is because you are not evaluating good the things you have, and this is bad. For example maybe you have car, but you are taking it as a normal thing and not giving a value, but someone else is dreaming to have a car. You just need to change your focus and yo will change your feelings and your life

You can struggle even though you have good things in your life. When it comes to mental illnesses, for example, they can be due to several things but one of them is a chemical imbalance in the brain. That means you could have everything you want in your life, but still be depressed. It happens. It's something that is good to see someone so you can get better. Just because you have good things in your life doesn't mean your feelings aren't valid. They are.

Everyone feels different in different situations. You might have a good happy life but there could be something missing. And that could be what's making you feel the way you do

Because it's easier to spot things that do not belong and make us feel odd, bad, sad or any other negative feeling then it is to appreciate the good things in life as we perceive them as constants and something that we deserve.
