Then you will be exactly the same as most of the human population. Not eating the right amount of calories or not going to the gym does not mean that you will gain weight, it simply means that you will not lose it, which is good

Your body burns calories just be digesting food and as long as you eat the normal amount of calories for your gender, age and size then you won't gain a ton of weight. If your body is very emaciated or thin then you will gain a bit but I wouldn't stress to much about it.

eating over caloric limit will naturally make you gain since they are extra calories. skipping a day of gym doesn't really affect much but you'll have to stay within your caloric limit if you want to maintain weight.

Nothing. You will be fine, going to the gym daily is not good for your body. your body needs time to rest and regain it's strength and setting yourself a calorie limit can end negatively. Three balanced meals a day mixed with regular exercise is the best way to become fit and stay healthy

If you don't go to the gym today or eat over your caloric limit, it most likely won't affect you too much, as long as you go back to your routine the next day and don't keep on doing this every single day or every other day. Limit these to once a week to keep fit.

It is totally okay to not go to the gym or eat over your caloric limit. Life isn't about having the perfect body. It's about being happy. Happy about yourself, happy about your life, happy about the people you know and so much more. It's good going to the gym and eating hralthy. A healthy lifestyle is so important and it helps a lot to feel better. But at the same time it's a hundred percent okay to not live this lifestyle every single day. Of course, you shouldn't eat over your caloric limit everyday. But once or twice a week or anything like that is totally okay. Love yourself as you are and don't be too severe to yourself!! You're wonderful just the way you are:)
