Reach out to the authorities. Contact other trusted family members. Tell your Mother. DON’T keep quiet about this. What he did was WRONG and illegal. He has no right to make you touch him. Tell your friends, tell your friends parents. Tell anyone who will listen, see if there is someone else you can stay with (family or friends), get away from your Father.

You need to go tell someone. A trusted adult or an authority figure and get yourself safely away from him. It's dangerous. Ik it may be hard but it's the best thing you can do. The authorities will take care of it.

Go talk to someone, it isn't normal if you need to touch you're dad. I could always help but talking to a therapist wouldn't be bad. If you are still in school a teacher or someone else van maybe help you. You can also come chat with me or other members on 7 cups. We always will find something for you and we will always be there. Maybe talk to you're mom? Or any other family member if you want, Friends can also help. Sometimes they also had a experience like this and will be able to help.
