How do I enter a support session/discussion in 7 cups?

Support sessions and discussions take place in a group support chatroom. https://www.7cups.com/connect/groupChatrooms.php Whenever a discussion is going on, there will be a blue banner above the chatroom saying what the discussion is about. All you have to do is join the chatroom to join the discussion :) When a discussion is going on it'll show when you click the Discussions in Progress button, otherwise you can check what discussions are on and where using the community calendar https://www.7cups.com/listener/schedule/
