I definitely understand how you feel. In my case i never liked my voice because I stuttered. I always tried to isolate myself, but then I realized that it wasn't worth it and it didn't make me happy. I realized that the change had to come from me. So I started engaging in public activities. I had to go out of my comfort zone. This really help me, I barely stutter in public. Some people are not comfortable with speaking, I never was, and I still find it extremely difficult sometimes and thats okay. You can have a voice through your actions and online. I hope this helps!
